You are about to enter one of the Model Offices for the International Material Data System (IMDS).

The IMDS Model Offices are intended for IMDS Advanced Interface testing and demonstration of changes, enhancements and new IMDS releases prior to production.

Access to the IMDS Model Offices is restricted to the participating car manufacturers and IMDS Advanced Interface licensees. Getting access:

To make it easier for us, please tell us: the name of the company as it is entered in the productive IMDS, the wanted user profile (User 1, Client Manager, AI User) and your own contact details (first name, last name, e-mail).

--> Current Model Office (reflects IMDS Release 7.2)	The current Model Office always reflects the productive IMDS release. The system contains a copy of productive IMDS master data, such as basic substances, standard MDSs published by IMDS-Committee, productive norms and standards etc. This data is updated periodically.
--> Next Model Office (reflects IMDS Release 7.2 including latest changes)	The next Model Office reflects the newest IMDS version available (i.e. the release currently under development) before going live. Its purpose is to demonstrate changes/enhancements and new IMDS releases prior to IMDS production. Like the current Model Office, this system contains a copy of productive IMDS master data and is updated periodically.
Please note that the IMDS web applications accessible from these entry points are non-productive systems. However please be aware that links to some Internet pages are productive (e.g. links to HP service pages, car manufacturers etc.).

Since this is a testing environment, some IMDS services from the productive system like full-time availability and data backups are not offered on the Model Offices.
Please be aware that any data you entered might get lost due to new releases or any other technical needs besides periodical updates of IMDS master data.
